How I Stay Motivated
"How I Stay Motivated" A question I get asked often. Everyday I wake up, I am not this motivated girl who just can't wait to get to the gym. I'm human. I have days where I'm not motivated at all to be quite honest, but once I'm done with my workout, I am ALWAYS glad that I brought my unmotivated self in that day! - There are days were I'm not in the mood and actually don't make it in. I give myself a few days off here and there if I'm burnt out; But I am someone who will always practice what I preach. It's my job to show up. It's my job to lead by example. It's my job to give the best ME to my challengers/clients. So, how DO I stay motivated?! Your constant positive feedback that I get on a daily basis, your messages telling me I motivate you to live a healthy life, a text or call from a challenger/client ecstatic about their fitness journey and/or seeing results, how I feel at the end of the day knowing I'm helping others regain or change their life! That's how I stay motivated! That's what keeps me in the gym 5-6 days a week! So I can give the best version of me, to continue to help YOU!
